Located in La Perla, about 15 minutes from San Juan de Dios, about 25 minutes from Platanillo, and about 40 minutes from Playa Dominical in a mountainous area of great freshness, privacy, and contact with nature.

Most of the farm is used for cattle so it has many areas in pasture and with a lot of potential for construction plus a small part in forest where there are a lot of cedar trees that could be used for building. It has an active creek all year round that runs through the middle of the property from which water can be used, it also borders the Guabo river.
