The property has 2 entrances. Tthe upper one goes to a large unused building site with amazing views. Right now there is a temporary structure there that houses the onsite caretaker. The lower entrance takes you to the existing center which consists of a main 3 story building, a secondary building with 4 guest rooms, the pool, the poolside covered yoga deck, and a platform tent that sleeps 4. The main building looks out over the pool and the ocean and consists of 4 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a large dining room and kitchen, a large yoga room, a lounge, and a covered balcony.
