In fact, a troop of white faced monkeys passes through the front yard on a daily bases!! Next to the guest cabin is another small flat area that could be used to build another structure. There are also numerous other flat areas sprinkled throughout the acreage where more homes or cabins could be built. It is located in the mountain community of Lagunas which is well known for their high quality of road maintenance and excellent spring water. Being on one of the more remote roads in the community there is little to no traffic and the utmost privacy. It is aprox 4 kms to the town of Dominical and many beautiful beaches. The house was completed 2 years ago. It has a very natural feel and an aura of peace and tranquility not found in many homes. You need to see it to understand it's true beauty!!
