Saul Rasminsky I am a surfer and after my first trip to Costa Rica 6 years ago I knew I would have a hard time leaving. I am Canadian but have my residency here in Costa Rica. I grew up in Toronto and lived in British Columbia teaching snowboarding for 10 years before I settled here. I was on a surf trip in 2004 when I met Wendy and bought my first piece of property in Costa Rica. Since then we built our home on that same piece of land and have become very involved in real estate. I plan to call Dominical my home for many years to come. |

Saul and Wendy After meeting in 2004 we quickly fell in love and were married in Dominical with our friends and families on January 2nd, 2006. Another defining moment took place 3 years later when our son, Leonard Hunter Rasminsky Vargas (Little Leo) was born!! This is definitely the place that we both love and plan to live for many years. After you've watched the sun set over the pacific ocean you will understand why. In the years that we have known each other we have spent countless days looking for land to purchase ourselves and for our friends. We have been on many adventures on many mountain roads and seen everything there is to see. We have a great knowledge of what is available in our area and hope to share this with you. We are also well aware of the laws and the process of buying land to help make it easier for the first time buyer here in Costa Rica.

Wendy Vargas MarchenaI am Costa Rican and have lived here my entire life. I now have my residency in Canada and was able to go there for my first time in 2007. Growing up I travelled with my family all over Costa Rica but we always seemed to return to the southern pacific zone. My family now lives in Playa Matapalo and I have been living in Dominical for 5 years. I think this is the most beautiful part of my country and am lucky to call it home. Thanks to my time here I have an extensive knowledge of the area and have many friends and family with land for sale. |
